Black Spoke Leather co. is owned and operated by Sarah M. Holm, LLC.  All content on this website is property of Black Spoke Leather co/Sarah M. Holm, LLC with the exception of third party links (which we might add from time to time for your benefit).  We are not responsible for any of the content of third party links.

AVAILABILITY/ORDER PROCESSING

Some products on the website are always available (stocked), while others are made-to-order.  Stocked item orders will be processed and shipped in 3-10 days.  Made-to-order products take longer to process, and will be shipped within 3-4 weeks.  Product availability is subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  You will be prompted to choose a shipping option at checkout and shipping charges will be added upon checkout.  We suggest that you use USPS Priority mail for shipping in the US, as it includes tracking and $50 insurance.   If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us at info@blackspokeleather.com prior to your purchase.  We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

International orders do not include tracking or insurance.  If you would like to purchase tracking or insurance on an international order, please contact us prior to your order at info@blackspokeleather.com.  We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  If you would like to arrange shipping through a different carrier, please contact info@blackspokeleather.com before placing your order.  

RETURNS

Leather often needs to be touched and smelled to really be appreciated.  We offer a 5 day, no-questions-asked return policy to give you time to feel the quality.  After the 5 day window, items can be exchanged for a different size or store credit.  We cannot refund shipping costs.

We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship.  Should your item arrive and be found defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.  Repairs due to normal use of items are available for a fee. 

We attempt to accurately represent our products through detailed item descriptions and images. Particularly with leather pieces, each item is from a unique, natural hide and therefore exhibits subtle individual character in tone and patterning. Due to inconsistencies in screen calibration, the exact colors of the products depicted on our site cannot be guaranteed.
